I HAD 2 RATE IT SO I GAVE IT 1 STAR & THEY DON'T DESERVE THAT! I HATE THIS PLACE & I'M TRYING MY HARDEST 2 GET MY MOM REMOVED FROM HERE! IF U CARE ANYTHING ABOUT UR LOVED ONES DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T SUBJECT THEM 2 THIS HELL HOLE! I WISH I HAD DONE BETTER RESEARCH B4 PUTTING MY MOM HERE! I HATE MYSELF EVERYDAY 4 SUBJECTING HER 2 THIS ABUSE! AND THEY TRIED 2 BAN ME FROM COMING 2 VISIT MY MOM SERIOUSLY? WHO THE HELL DO THAT KINDA OF BS! I HAVE DOCUMENTATION & PICS OF EVERYTHING AS PROOF BCUZ THEY WILL SWEAR THAT UR LYING!

my love one received abuse at mc Allister..all staff lied about the abuse..including the Invegister, and staff at the facility...they have padded volumes of lies..so take your chances about lies..yes they state we take care of that sending eroneous information to the state..Investigators also tell lies..they are paid off by the head of the facility

Several years ago, my mother-in-law was a resident there, she had dementia. After searching a few other 'pretty' nursing homes, we found that though the facility was not 'pretty', they were very loving & caring there. We still feel that she had recieved the best personal care there than anywhere else we could have chosen for her. At that tome, "Mother" Mcallister still walked the halls, I am sure she is gone by now.
