Labor Systems, formerly known as Bell Personnel, has been one of the industry leaders for more than 20 years, providing temporary employees for skilled and unskilled general labor. The company caters to a range of industries that include construction, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality and special events. Established in 1985, Labor Systems has more than 85 locations in over 14 states, including one in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The company has three separate divisions to meet staffing needs that include temporary, personnel and hospitality services. All the owners and employees of Labor Systems temporary services are trained and work under a code of conduct.
