If you are thinking of taking your animal here, I would strongly NOT recommend it. I dropped my two cats off early in the morning to be groomed and when I got there found out the person who was suppose to groom them called in sick and there was no one else to do the job. I received no phone call to let me know of this, so both of my cats had to spend the night there.The next day, late in the afternoon, I received a call telling me they couldn't groom one of my cats because he was scared and upset. This was due to the fact that they had to spend the night there and had to endure the rest of the dogs and animals, since they are not used to other people and other animals. The person on the phone was very rude and in the end i recieved horrible service, and didn't even get both cats groomed. I will never be back again.

She does a great job on mini schnauzers as we take ours there frequently.
