Don't call them if you have Iowa Medicaid. They will not schedule an appointment for your children. My children were treated by Dr. Joe for years and now that they will not even schedule them because we have that type of insurance. They "suggest I go somewhere else". Their insurance was good enough before Dr. Murray left.

The dentists are great and the hypenist staff is awesome, however the billing office is not cooperative and apparently doesn't understand the busy life style with children and families and that unexpected circumstances can happen, very disappointed and now go to a new dentist.

The whole staff is really great, and the office is very inviting to the kids.
