      I waited more than an hour after my x-ray, and still wasn't seen. I told the receptionist that I was leaving because I found the wait unacceptable, and she told me that all patients are expected to wait at least an hour! She couldn't comprehend why I felt my time was valuable. If my appointment is at 2:15, I shouldn't still be waiting until 4 pm to see a dentist!
