She joined Northern Arizona Dermatology Center in 2006. Ms. Czarnecki enjoys the field of Dermatology because of the variety of patients, and surgical procedures.

- Mohs SurgerySeven of our dermatologists are qualified to practice Mohs micrographic surgery by having met high standards established for fellow membership in the American Society of Mohs Surgery. Carl Bigler, M.D. is also a Board Certified Dermatopathologist.
- BotoxWe caution you to inquire about any cosmetic practitioner’s credentials. Authentic Botox, for example, is only sold by the manufacturer to licensed Medical Doctors who have an “M.D.” degree. Lasers and other invasive procedures should only be used under the supervision of an “M.D.” as well.
- Face LiftWe are pleased to offer treatment of frown lines with neuromodulators including: Botox (Allergan), Xeomin (Merz). Our expert staff also perform fillers for a “liquid facelift” with Juvederm and Juvederm Ultra (Allergan), Restylane, and Belotero and Radiesse (Merz).
- Cosmetic DermatologyKRISTINA PALEY, M.D., FAAD, received her medical degree from Cornell University Weill Medical College and her undergraduate degree at Hunter College in New York City. She completed her Dermatology residency training and fellowship in Cutaneous Oncology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Prior to joining Northern Arizona Dermatology Center, she spent the past 6 years in Pittsburgh, PA, where she practiced general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

- PsoriasisPresent in natural sunlight, UVB is an effective treatment for psoriasis and other skin conditions. UVB penetrates the skin and slows the growth of affected skin cells. Treatment involves exposing the skin to an artificial UVB light source for a set length of time on a regular schedule.
