      Established in 1964, the Infinia at Cottonwood is a senior health care facility that provides long-term care and subacute services to the residents. It houses more than 75 residents in over 35 private and semiprivate rooms. The health care facility also offers 24-hour skilled nursing care and a professionally designed dietary program. In addition, the Infinia at Cottonwood provides a range of physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as scheduled social and recreational activities. Located in Cottonwood, Ariz., it is owned and operated by the Infinia Health Care Companies, which specializes in long- and short-term care, rehabilitation, respite and hospice care services. The Infinia Health Care Companies maintains facilities in Arizona, Minnesota, Nebraska and Utah.
