During your initial examination, we'll carefully examine the internal and external structures of your eyes using state of the art, computerized instruments. We'll check for signs of eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts,macular degeneration,corneal and retinal disease and eye infections. We also will screen for systemic diseases like hypertension and diabetes. If your vision needs correction, we'll thoroughly explain all your options in eyeglasses and contacts so you can choose what's best for you. We carry over 500 frames( from economy packs to designer and luxury frames)in our boutique so that you can select the style and shape that's most flattering to you. Dr Fornara keeps current with all the latest advances and trends in vision care by attending many hours of continuing education programs each year. That means if there's a breakthrough or improvement in this field, we'll know about it-and we will make sure that you benefit from it. We are affiliated with Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, a nationally recognized surgical group.
