I found myself having truck troubles last Friday afternoon. I saw a sign for Big Rig Tire and Truck repair and immediately pulled in. Rick came out as I was pulling in and asked how he could help. I explained the troubles that I was having and he went to work to figure out the problem...turns out it was battery/alternator related. He charged up both batteries and said that should get me home and if not, I should give him a call. So I went about my afternoon and then headed home only to become stranded on the side of the interstate with a dead truck. So, I called Rick. He came to the rescue and even offered to follow me the rest of the way home to make sure I made it safely.....I live about 45 minutes away from his shop! So, needless to say, I would recommend Big Rig Tire and Truck repair to ANYONE needing roadside assistance with a vehicle! Thank you Rick for making sure I made it home safely!
