It also provides additional services that include diagnoses, detection of breast cancer and on-site comprehensive laboratory services. It offers a variety of imaging services, such as general radiology, CT scans, ultrasounds and mammograms. The hospital specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy, soft tissue and myofascial treatment, neurological rehabilitation including gait and balance disturbances, and general nonsurgical hand therapies. It also provides general outpatient and inpatient physical therapy practice. Cottage Grove Community Hospital s emergency department is fully equipped to deal with various life threatening emergency cases 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
