Very disappointed by the customer service here. I ordered gift cards for several company locations. The turnaround was sluggish and our rep did not repsond to me in a timely fashion. Cards were promised by a certain date, then shipped on the date they were supposed to arrive. Our company promotion was ruined. And the rep's attitude was careless at best. It's a shame.
