I had a great experience shopping from Winston's Crown Jewelers! I was looking for a ring for my fiancée as a pre-wedding gift. My sister referred me Winston's Crown Jewelers. They have a huge collection and I am sure everyone is sure to get something likable here. I got the ring of my choice and in my budget also. The great thing is that their service is too good and unbeatable.

I am compelled to write a review as I have been a steady customer for last 2-3 years and purchased way too many items from Winston's Crown Jewelers for myself and a few friends. Last week another friend wanted to help her brother purchase a diamond for an engagement ring. She was totally confused from where to get the perfect one in budget. I convinced her to buy a vintage ring from Winston's Crown Jewelers. They got the perfect ring from the store with great service & price!

This store is the Best in town!!!

Totally ripped off by this jeweler. My son purchased a ring at Winston's Newport Jeweler, Costa Mesa, that was appraised at $49k, with a SI rating for the center 3 carat diamond. The engagement was broken, and he decided to sell the diamond ring. He had to get another appraisal as 5 jewelers looked at this ring and said it had a huge flaw in the center stone and that the ring was not what the appraisal from Winston's Newport Jeweler's stated. After having it GIA certified, it came back as an I1 grade ( 2 grades lower) with a lower color grade than was originally given by Winston Newport Jewelers ( who said the gemologist at the store was a GIA certified grader). So needless to say, my son will be lucky to get half what he paid for this ring if he can sell it! These people are sharks, and not to be trusted. We had previously bought several things at this store, which makes me wonder if any of it is worth near what we paid. I will NEVER go near these crooks again!
