Great windows. Great price. We were so happily surprised at the level of service. The installers were so professional and competent. The entire experience from estimate to installation was a pleasure.

Originally when we ordered our windows years ago ..they were fantastic. About 1 month and 1/2 ago had them come out and put in a bay window, and replace 11 other windows that had a production flaw in them. Within 3 weeks they had our new bay window in as well as 10 windows..YES 10 not 11. We made the mistake of paying them in full and taking there word that the extra window would be done within 2 weeks..ITS NOW OVER A MONTH..YES ONE MONTH FOR ONE WINDOW and still waiting. I have opened my house to those that they have been sent over to see there work they did, we were very proud to do now up to now. Until I get my window completed there wont be anyone coming into my house except to hear my displeasure. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT PAY ANYONE IN FULL UNTIL THE WORK IS TOTALLY COMPLETED. The bad thing about this experience is that I really liked this place. With the economy like it is, maybe they just have so much work where they don't need referrals any more!!!

Looked far and wide for a good (in the case of Motropolitan, excellent) deal and stock of this weber. Motropolitan had both and having found this garden centre, we will definitely return. There is nothing like a weber and, after a brief and unsatisfactory dalliance with a cheaper alternative, we are delighted to once again own one.

Fitters were pleasant, prompt and very knowledgeable. Vety pleased with the end result. So pleased, I recommended them to both my neighbours and family. So good, I have used them on more than one occassion. Give this company a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Metropolitan Home Improvement is the epitome of professional in the siding and window biz. They took our 30 year old rag tag fellowship hall at our church and made it look like a brand new building. guys took the time to explain everything to me prior to our hiring them.

They are great windows. No issues to date.Installer/Salesman came on time for all appointments. Provided everything per contract the first time and cleaned up all debris without needing to be asked. I would highly recommend them.

I was nervous at first, but my neighbor who had windows installed by Metropolitan a couple of year ago helped me through the decision making. I am very happy now that I have my new windows. We had windows installed by Metropolitan in January for our home in Banning and we are very pleased. We found Metropolitan from a friend in our community who used them 4 or 5 years ago and she is still really happy with her windows. The install crew from Metropolitan replaced 9 windows in our house in one day. They were friendly and even came back out two days later when I had a problem with one window and fixed it. Great company Highly recommend them.

Recently used Metropolitan for my house in Buena Park. Liked everyone I talked to, from the salesperson Gary to the office people and especially the crew guys, Perry and Frankie. Windows look great and I am telling all my neighboors about them. I am also thinking of using their kitchen people to redo my cabinets and granite.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I My windows and several other units? windows in my condominium were replaced by Metropolitan. Metropolitan was called many times about the windows leaking, but we were always told that the problem wasn't coming from the windows. We had the windows water tested and discovered that the original window frames had been ripped out before installing the retrofit windows, causing the windows to leak. When Metropolitan was notified about our discovery, the new owner claimed no responsibility since the install happened prior to his ownership of the company. One reason people choose Metropolitan is because of how long it?s been in business and its reputation. The company's website says it's been around for over 12 years, it touts its awards, and it has posted testimonial letters from as far back as 2002. The new owner should not be able to reap the rewards of a 12-year history while not honoring the installs that happened during those 12 years.

I love the windows Metropolitan put in. They were very professional and the windows look great. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
