American Gym's fully equipped fitness includes superior fitness equipment with brands such as Hammer Strength, Body Masters, Life Fitness, and Matrix. We have a complete set of Ivanko dumbells, barbells, bumper plates, and kettle bells, as well as treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, bikes, and more. Use of our fitness center comes free with an American Gym class membership, or an exclusive fitness center membership. We also offer the following classes: Boxing, Cardio KickBoxing, Kid's Boxing, Teen Boxing, Muay Thai & MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Neurofit Boxing and Competition Team.
