Spent alot of money over the past several years with them and they have a good product, but I will not be back again and will take my business elsewhere. I totally received the impression that it was a burden on them that I was there to puchase a product and they had to take the time to wait on me. Very rude disposition from one of the staff. Most, if not all of the staff that I used to deal with seem to no longer be there, which seems to be a big loss for them. Bad news for Earth First if other customers get the same service/treatment that I did. Might be a good idea for Earth First to invest in some customer service training for their current staff at this location. I was so dissatisfied in my recent visit that I am now willing to drive 15 miles further to purchase my products.
