I worked for this business many years ago. At the time I was unaware of the quality of people they hired. Some couldn't make the bed. Some, on overnight shifts, went home. When instance in particular little old lady fell out of her bed at the Regent. She laid there the floor crying for help for hours before somebody came into her. The aid was not fired.
Even so, when my mother-in-law had gotten to the point where I needed assistance with her Alzheimer's I called them. I figured how bad can it be, there's always going to be one of us here. My daughter walked in the dining room in time to catch the bitch slap my mother-in-law cross the face because she wouldn't eat her food. When I reported it to this business they said, no she did not. Seriously? You weren't in my home, you don't see what she did, how dare you not listen to people who help pay your damn bills! Do not trust this business with your loved ones.
