      Jacobs Hill, located in Cortlandt Manor, New York, is an Affordable Housing Community for residents 55 and older. This community is made up of 103 one and two bedroom apartments. Special amenities include a gym, clubhouse, and a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with BBQ grills and a patio area. Jacobs Hill has a 14 passenger bus that the residents use for doctor appointments, shopping, and monthly casino trips. There are walking trails and a wonderful gazebo to sit and visit with neighbors. The property is centrally located with access to the Metro North train station and Westchester County bus line. It is also very close to several shopping areas in addition to the Paramount Theatre in Peekskill, as well as the Hudson Valley Hospital Center.
