Walter Panas High School, located in Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., offers education to students in grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as English, fine arts, mathematics, physical education, social studies and science. The school s subjects also include foreign languages, world history, business studies and special education. The sports activities offered by the school include football, baseball, softball, cross country, track, basketball, gymnastics, wrestling and volleyball. It provides a variety of extracurricular activities, such as Amnesty International, horizons peer leader, mock trial and yearbook. The school offers a wide range of facilities that include a library and fitness center. It has various clubs, including art, debate, human services and ski clubs. The school is a part of the Lakeland Central School District.
