I have had my system for 10 years and only had one service call. I recently had an issue where I was without water. The service department returned my call immediately and fixed my problem the same day. Pleasant courteous and reasonably priced.
This company has a great reputation. I have had their system at both of my homes over the last 37 years. They have very knowledgeable reps. to determine and solve your water problems. Their installers do a superb job and are very courteous and neat. They follow up with prompt service if needed. I would strongly recommend them.

I would like to thank this company for quick service. I needed to get moved in and had to have my system asap. They had very nice sales people who went over how to use the system and answered all my questions. The two service men were very nice , on time and cleaned up before they left. They also explained how to maintain the system. I would recommend this company they are knowledgeable and have been around for years. Heidi Berry
The sales people are friendly. I had my system installed the next day . Servicemen are very nice. They cleaned up everything before leaving. The system works great and I have had no problems with it. I have had it 5 yrs now.
I have not had a very pleasant experience with this company recently. I call with a problem and the lady answering the phone tells me she will check with service and get back to me with a day and time they can come out. I give them at least 24 hours to get back with me, but I end up having to call them again. The response I get is, "Oh, so-and-so didn't call you?" "Nope." "Let me get with her and I'll get back with you." Nothing again. I have to call back again. Today is Wednesday, 9-16-15 and I called them last Friday, 9-11-15, morning and I still have not received a call back. I even sent an email from their website letting the owner of the company know about this. I have yet to receive a reply. I have taken my business elsewhere.
Horrendous service!! I left a message on weekend - no call back. Then I called them on a Monday morning about my emergency- well water pump not pumping. They scheduled me an appt but service tech blew me off. Called office they told me " I don't know what to tell u". Don't know what happened
I was a customer for about 20 years. I guess they have new management. So stay away!! U have been warned
Omega has a great system. Just love my Iron and Sulfur filter, they offer a great system, with a great warranty, at a great price. Their staff is knowlegable, and their service department is great. I highly recommend that you call them if you need your water fixed correctly

Omega sold us a system for $1500 to fix a smell in our water. Within days the smell returned. Then they wanted another $1000 to get rid of that smell! They installed the wrong system, testing the water after our original filter system instead of before the system. Only my wife was home and they took advantage. As far as I am concerned, they stole our $1500 and I highly recommend you stay away from doing business with them!

Excellent customer service! They will give you the best water purification advice for your home! Free testing and no pressure sales tactics! I highly recommend this company and you can trust them too.
