I PURCHASED A TOWN AND COUNTRY VAN FROM SUN AUTO ON JUNE 25TH OF THIS YEAR.. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE, BILL O'GORMAN IS THE BEST!!!!!!! FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE DOOR TIL THE SIGNNG OF THE LAST PAPER WAS THE GREATEST. EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH WAS SUCH A STRESSED EXPERIENCE.. Worst car buying experience ever, if I could give it zero stars I would. Before I purchased it, they couldn't do enough and now that it's mine, they actually won't do enough, honestly they won't do anything. The whole line about "we'll stand behind our vehicles" was exactly that, a line. They seem to think that it is normal for a car to leak water at the top of the door and rust the bottom out. I will never buy another vehicle from Sun again, even if they own a monopoly on the auto industry, I'll buy a bicycle. If you do happen to buy a car from them, make sure you get everything checked before you purchase.
