Podiatry Services of CNY exemplifies professionalism, accommodation, and conscientiousness. Dr. Bridget Edelman diligently addressed my foot and leg pain issues, providing new orthotics and work boots to replace my Super Feet. As someone who works long hours in the remodeling trade, I am grateful to Bridget's team for alleviating the foot and leg fatigue I used to endure. I'm confident in returning for my next pair of boots, knowing I'll receive top-notch care.

I don't know what the other reviewer ran into on his visit but I have nothing but high praise for the staff and doctor who I saw on my visit (10-10-16). The receptionist/assistant was nothing but friendly and professional. I also watched her deal with two other patients and she was as pleasant to them as she was to me. As it was my first visit to a podiatrist I was there for 1 ½ hour having x-rays (which she did), meeting with the doctor, having a mould of my feet, a cortisone shot and being fitted with a foot brace (which she did also). It all went smoothly and it was stress free. I have no qualms about returning for a follow up and after my experience my wife has made appointment with them as well. As far as the facility it is in an older building but it was not run down. The office was clean and modern. All I can think as to Tim’s visit is someone was having a bad day.

PLEASE READ - as I do not want this to reflect up the physicians. This has to do with the receptionist. It was bad enough that I turned and walked out. I went thru US Army Infantry boot camp in the 80's and my drill sergeants had better bedside manners. Nurse Ratchet had better manners. I went here in need of some help today (Sept 13th 2016) and the one receptionist was so rude and rough that I just finally lost it and told her to forget it - I'd go elsewhere - which as far as I could tell was just what she wanted. I also told her she'd read my review on line and I don't think she cared at all. Well, there's got to be some accountability for crappy attitudes from healthcare 'professionals' - here it is - a bad review. She was very rude - very loud - very abrasive and offensive. Bizarre as it sounds, I got the impression that she hated my guts. I didn't need this crap. I never post negative reviews before - this warranted it. Also, Also, outside of building/grounds in poor repair.
