Odyssey Networks is a local Internet Service Provider. It is located in Cortland, N.Y., and the central New York state area, including Ithaca, N.Y. It provides Internet access and services with a variety of packages, plans and upgrading options. Services offered include e-mail, phone and postal technical services; articles and how-to information for common Internet problems; Web page hosting; file transfer protocol software downloads; virtual domain registration and retention; online service registration; and five free e-mail addresses with a user account. Odyssey Networks also provides Web site links to search engines, such as AltaVista, Lycos and Yahoo, and local business Web sites.

The customer service is very bad. Rude and don't care or take feedback well. I guess you get what you pay for. I have always paid my bill ontime and well in advanced. I have even had to ask them to send me my renewal invoices over the years. This year I didn't and all of a sudden we didn't have service. When we called we were told we hadn't paid. I asked them how can I pay w/o an invoice. Was told they no longer send them, they always were lost in the mail. I asked why were weren't notified so other arrangements could be made, I wasn't given an answer. I asked to speak to the manager, told he wasn't in and would tell me the same. I will never recommend them and am looking for another service.
