This was the worst Arby's that I have ever visited. The employees appeared under-trained and over-whelmed. The manager counted money and yelled at them, but didn't assist with the line of customers. 15 minutes to get a sandwich and six miles down the road I discovered that the sandwich was not what I ordered. Went back and they couldn't understand what a classic max was; showed them the receipt and then explained it to them. Wasted 30 minutes that I could have spent on a nice sit down lunch. Drink station was dirty; employees couldn't have possibly have had time to even look at it. Food is good but Arbys seems to be very slow on service.
