So I bought these boots about 45 days ago. Started wearing them and realized they were not stretching, like I thought they would, and were a little too small. Went to the Red Wing store (SPID location) and the same gentleman that sold me these boots was there working. I told him my story and he entered my info in the computer. Unfortunately, the 30 day return period had come and passed. This guy still warranted the return policy. I was totally impressed. Anyone looking for GREAT service and an AWESOME experience.
