It was a nice place until the church owners got greedy. Rent was 240.00 a month and large lots and private fishing area. It was great, was. Now rent is up to 300.00 to 325.00. No more private fishing and pool is only open if there's someone in the office. Get ready to pay an extra 70.00 if you have a boat or a trailer park in your lot. Also dogs beware of the fleas while being walk by your owner. No age limit anymore so now they will let any low class tenant in to fill up spots. Never heard of anybody being broken into or anything stolen till now. So don't be fooled by their kindness at first.
