Terrible Customer Service
Major communication brake down between Gary Hudson, corporate office and us.
It took forever to close and at many points we did not know if we would even get the home.
This is our 4th home purchase and it was the worst experience ever!!
Tina Garcia went into the house, after we closed, and took items out of the house for her clients. Granted the sellers left items by mistake but she had no right to enter the house after we closed. We would have retrieved it for them. We could have pressed breaking and entering charges but we were nice enough not too. Additionally, there other illegal actions by her clients, for example build ins taken by the sellers. Both of our parents whom work in real estate were shocked, one of them for Caldwell Banker in another state. The sellers are lucky we did not sue them and we are nice, if you do not want to get yourself in legal problems avoid this office.
Great Real Estate agents like Mary Jane Boone! Mary Jane did an outstanding job finding me the perfect home, with the location and price that I was looking for! If I were to buy, or sell, I would call Mary Jane!
Avoid this business!!!!!!! This company represents itself as a property management company. They do nothing of the sort. They will collect a monthly 10% "Management Fee" and the only type of management they display is forwarding tenant complaints and issues onto you. At no time do they inquire, descern, or mitigate property issues that a tenant claims. The staff will literally take a message and contact the property owner. The owner is left asking all of the pertanant questions(5 "W's") about the issue. They'll continually fail to act on property/tenant issues, fail to contact you with issues about the property, and NEVER follow up. If you're active, retired, reserve or affiliated with the military or government AVOID this company.
