Circles of Care is a private, nonprofit organization. Circles of Care provides adoption services and foster care. Our staff includes program and clinical supervision services by Masters level staff with experience in dealing with children. Case Managers have degrees in Human Services. Treatment, Planning, and Review services include a consultant team featuring a Psychiatrist and Psychologist. Click on one of the links below for a list of our current staff with contact information.
