I was sold an "unlimited" car wash plan that renewed on a monthly basis. The best selling point was that you could get unlimited car washes for that vehicle each day. Apparently they hired a thief as a CSR and the employee was charging one-time customers for a single wash, pocketing the cash but entering the code for an "unlimited" monthly customer. The owner solved this problem by changing the terms of the "unlimited" plan to 1 wash per day. Only problem is they didn't inform their customers that the terms of the monthly contract was changing. My contract auto-renewed for the next month and when I tried to use it more than once in a single day, I was denied! I asked management to refund my total monthly renewal fee due to them changing contract terms. They said no because I didn't give them a 30 day notice that I wished to cancel. They even refused to return monies on a pro-rated basis. This is an unsatisfactory outcome. We, the customer, have choices...............so exercise them wisely and chose a business that puts the customer FIRST!
