The visit wasn't so bad, but one of my prescriptions needed a preauthorization, so I called and they asked if I wanted something else because preauthorization scan take a day. I said yes. 3hours later they have yet to call in the second prescription.

This place is owned by Dr Kieth Rhodes he also owns the doctors center on spid and on Saratoga . You would have better luck getting struck by lightening than getting anything done in a timely manor at ether places . At waiting times up to 4-6 hours its a joke and should be shut down .

Been waiting over hour people arriving after me are being taken back to be seen

I came in to see a Dr. to fill out some fmla forms. I specifically advised the lady at the front what I was here for. She then starts questioning me who sent me and why. As I try to explain why I was here she kept interrupting me and then states I need to wait to be seen by a doctor to fill out the forms. (Exactly what I said when I came in.) Then the next receptionist informs me I would have to pay $95 for the visit. I question her because I know I had previously met my deductible. She then states maybe there is something pending. For the second time I refuse to pay that amount because I had been seen in mid June at their Saratoga office and my deductible had been met at that time. She finally checks and says oh, you're right. By this time I'm beyond frustrated. As soon as I walked in to this office, which by the way is filled with males in the waiting room, I felt like I was being treated unfairly. So disappointed. I only chose this clinic because that is what my insurance suggested as emergency care. But I will take my business elsewhere.

It's a busy clinic. They see you as fast as they can. The dr.s and nurses are great and complete in their workups. Really liked the doctor we saw.

After reading the comments about the service that this clinic has provided to the patients seeking service at this clinic it sounds as if the staff at this clinic does not want to be here. Maybe they would rather be in leaisure instead of helping sick or hurt patients and therefore resent being here in the first place.



I had planned to try this clinic out the next time I needed care but if this is the quality of service that this clinic staff gives then I do not want to come here or bring other family members here for care.



If this is the attitude that this staff shows patients coming to this clinic for care then this clinic needs to close down and go treat the prison population instead of treating patients coming here for care like they are criminals.
