      In March, my car was overheating in stop and go traffic, so I brought it here. I had previously taken my car here before ownership changed and had excellent experiences. I authorized the repairs they said I needed to solve the problem, but my car was still overheating. I brought it back in July for the same issue II rarely drive in stop and go traffic, told them again what was happening and even what I thought the problem was (the cooling fan not turning on). They replaced two electrical parts. Within a quarter mile of leaving their facility, there was a loud noise and smoke coming out from under my hood. I took it back, but they would not stand behind their repairs, saying that the electrical issue (my alternator and fuse box were damaged) were not caused by the repairs they did. I find this to be too coincidental to be true and their explanation does not fully explain the ensuing issues. They even charged me a "diagnostic" fee to look at my car for what should have been a warranty repair. DO NOT take your car here for repair, their service has gone downhill since the new franchise owner took over. I would give them zero stars if I could.
