After over a year of trying to get a job locally through this office, I finally got an appt. to go over my resume and I got there right at my appointment time and they said I was late, (according to their clock), and they may not talk to me. This was all coming from a very snooty receptionist that I would not want working for my company. She then explained that the manager was going to come out and talk to me about punctuality!!
After 20 years in the work force, I think I understand punctuality and business. But I also understand S. Ca. traffic and that arriving at your scheduled time does not make you late or in line for a lecture, especially when their goal is to find qualified people and make money off of them.
Oh, and to get in the office, I had to wait for two of their employees to stop gossiping long enough to get in the door they were standing in front of.

This branch is horrible! I have tried to work with this agency twice in three years and both times they were unhelpful, unresponsive, and absolutely did not reply to ANY phone calls or attempts to contact regarding job opportunities. This is unfortunate because I worked with AppleOne in Tustin to find a fantastic job back in 1995 and received excellent service and communication.
