went into Murphy's about 4 months ago to have a couple of drinks and dinner. Went over to play the juke box, and the Manager and bartender at the time must not have liked the music choice, so they shut off the songs I payed for, and told me in a rude manner that this type of music was not wanted in the bar. The bartender proceeded to be very rude and put her two cents in to try to make us feel even more humiliated then we already were. Needless to say I was an avid customer of this establishment, but have not returned since. May return one day if they get better management, and a bartender that serves drinks instead of bad mouthing customers. Don't waste your money here.

Food was awful and service was even worse. We weren't expecting fine dining at a bar but our experience was very bad. Flies, grease puddles, and rude staff were all just the tip of the iceberg. Better to try one of the many wonderful restaurants in town and avoid this one all together.

Always packed for lunch and dinner. Food is typical bar items. All taste great with the wings especially good. I have been going here for over twenty years on and off and the place is always friendly and relaxing. The cold mac salad is to die for. Make sure you try it along with the chicken spedies.

Worst testing macaroni and cheese I have ever had. Fish fry was okay. Service is okay. Haven't returned in over two years.
