      AIM is an agency that serves people affected by physical disabilities. AIM specializes in providing information and referrals, peer counseling, independent living skills and community and individual advocacy. Other services include deaf services program, alternative home care program, client assistance program, traumatic brain injury program and technology related assistance for individuals with disabilities. Services are available to people with disabilities of all ages, their families, service providers, employers, educators and others who are interested in disability issues, assistive technology and assistive technology services. AIM is a part of a national network of organizations called Independent Living Centers. AIM has offices in Bath, Corning, Elmira, and Hornell, N.Y.
