After participating in and teaching lackluster leadership development programs, Jessica learned about vertical development during her coach training at Georgetown University. This was transformational both personally and professionally, as her own development path became clear and she saw how leadership development as a whole needed to be reinvented. She answered that need in 2015, creating The Sparks Group and assembling a team of experts passionate about igniting vertical development.
