V. Alexander & Company was founded in 1946 by Vaniah Alexander in Memphis, Tenn. It was incorporated in 1960 and is the parent company to WorldBridge Logistics. The company is dedicated to the goal of presenting a full range of progressive brokerage, freight forwarding and transportation services to the international business community. It is in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities Regional Airport in Blountville, Tenn. The company is licensed as customs brokers, a freight forwarder and a non-vessel operating common carrier. VAC is a member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers, National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association, High Tech Forwarders Network and WorldBridge Far East Agents Group. V.
