I am highly upset at this post office. They need new management and new employees and also new drivers who can read the addresses on the mail box. They always deliver my mail to the wrong house. Just lost my package and hasn’t helped me at all. They are stating it delivered to my house. NO IT HASNT. I have been living here for over a year and at least 6 packages were delivered to wrong house and neighbors brought it down. Not this last time. Terrible.

They have lost two packages. They have a bad carrier who can only be disciplined by a slow process because of the Union protection. The continue to lose my packages and deliver my packages to the old address. The PostMaster doesn't care about customer service.

They obviously don't care about customer service. They list the US national post office phone number when you google it. This YP site is the only place I could find the actual number and it stays busy. Shame.

This is the most dirty Post Office I have ever seen. Outdoor the garbage can was running over with garbage on the sidewalk and parking lot. I get inside the floors, trash cans,table top full of paper. There was so much trash. The place look like it was about to close down. At first I was afraid to get out of my car.

One of the front counter clerks attitude is awful. She is not helpful at all and seems to get upset if you ask her a question. On today I had to mail some important letters and I went inside the Post office because of the importance. I could bearly get them stuffed in the slot because Mail over flowing. I brought this to the attention of the front clerk and see acted like this was no big deal. However it is a big deal when my mail gets lost.

Went to Post Office in Cordova, TN to pick up an insured package because I was not going to be home to sign for it and was told by Clerk "Yolanda" - We don't do this for Customer's. Because of her inaction, I had to cancel Doctor Appointment and wait all afternoon for Carrier to deliver. All you have to sell is service, and this service is pathetic!!! Inspector B. A. DO NOT TRUST this post office; they steal.....at Christmas had a certified envelope sent to my sons and since no one was home to sign for it, the envelope was routed back to and "signed in" at the post office for pickup. When my son went in to sign for it they "couldn't find it." It had checks and $150 cash in it. I had numerous calls to and from the post office and postal service but all to no avail. Have submitted an OIG report but never even heard back from them! No wonder people try to find alternative ways to send things.
