This is the most dirty Post Office I have ever seen. Outdoor the garbage can was running over with garbage on the sidewalk and parking lot. I get inside the floors, trash cans,table top full of paper. There was so much trash. The place look like it was about to close down. At first I was afraid to get out of my car.

One of the front counter clerks attitude is awful. She is not helpful at all and seems to get upset if you ask her a question. On today I had to mail some important letters and I went inside the Post office because of the importance. I could bearly get them stuffed in the slot because Mail over flowing. I brought this to the attention of the front clerk and see acted like this was no big deal. However it is a big deal when my mail gets lost.

Went to Post Office in Cordova, TN to pick up an insured package because I was not going to be home to sign for it and was told by Clerk "Yolanda" - We don't do this for Customer's. Because of her inaction, I had to cancel Doctor Appointment and wait all afternoon for Carrier to deliver. All you have to sell is service, and this service is pathetic!!! Inspector B. A. Willey Ret'd
