Went to 'Gateway tires & services' location 38016 highway 64 to change my tire. They were unethical.



While trying to remove the nuts they end up breaking the nuts & gave me two options: Either to call the tow truck to tow back the vehicle to home saying my vehicle is not driveable or to fix the issue by them and not giving back my car.



Tire change cost would have been $39 but I end up paying $ 170.



Basically a rip off.

This tire store refused to mount my 2 rear tires because they did not sell them to me. I offered money and my tires are nearly new, that's why I wanted them mounted. Is it a tire store or what? Do not waste your time here with these predators. There are plenty of other places to go which provide actual service.
