I highly recommend Vet Pets Animal Hospital in Cordova. I've been taking my cat there for about seven years now. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also do grooming. The first time I took Patoof in to get shaved, they asked if they could sedate him if necessary, since cats and electric shavers usually don't mix. I gave them permission. When I picked him up later that afternoon, I asked if he had to be sedated and they said no, he actually liked it. That made a big impression on me because I think many places would have sedated him rather he needed it or not just to get the extra money. They get the job done without adding any unnecessary charges. I moved from Cordova to Bartlett about three years ago, so although it isn't as close to my house as it used to be, I still take my cat there. It is definitely worth the drive.
