Went to Cordova Catfish on a Thursday evening, ordered the big bone buffalo fish. I have previously ordered when I arrived, but this time I called ahead to get the fish prepared (ordering in house is quite timely, say 25 min. wait time). I got my order when I walked in and purchased a piece of cake. I spent approximately $20.00.
All of the items were old food. The fish, when warmed in the oven as I had previously done with my order was brittle to the bone. My husband and I threw the fish away. It was horrible. The chocolate cake ($4.75) was dry to and it was also thrown away. How sad considering how many people are hungry in this world.
I decided that the Manager should be advised of my experience. I let him know that I did not desire anything from Cordova Catfish, no food replacement, no refund,. He was rude and horrible. He identified himself as, "Terry". This sad individual made no attempt to apologize for the quality of the food they sold me. When I advised that I was found of reviewing and blogging about my experiences he told me that my comment regarding reviewing his restaurant was a threat.
Please boycott this establishment. If the sell old food they will sell dirty food.
