i.eThis company is one of the worst companies my wife and I have ever dealt with ! We had scheduled this company to install our (already purchased) automatic garage door system. It was scheduled for a Thursday. The best time window they could give us was 8am - 1:30pm. This company was given multiple contact numbers to call before they arrived at the job. They only called one number, and when there was no answer, they cancelled our appointment. Very shortly after that, the lady that schedules the appointments (Denise) , called another contact number to let us know we were cancelled. She was very rude and said it was our fault we missed the appointment !.. The earliest this company could return to complete our job was a whole week later.. And then the service tech. showed up.. " I could write a book on this guy "... He actually CURSED at my wife and said he " wasn't doing anything more than what we paid for, no matter if it was right or wrong ".. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE !!!! .. Stay away
