The absolute worst experience with anyKind of dealership in my life!! The owner billIs a complete bipolar manic. To concerned with charging for any minute spent with you then fixing the problem!! 600 dollars spent and the bike ran worse than when I brought it to him!he refused to readjust the bike after he told me to bring it back with out paying again. Worst business man and customer service ever !!!

Labor Day weekend 2012, Saturday 9-01-12, had appointment at CPM to replace my front disc brake pads on my 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero. Had ordered my own aftermarket brake pads from internet. When bike placed up on lift in shop found that internet provider had sent the wrong brake pads for my bike. Ran to Kawasaki dealer in Riverhead picked up correct pads. Rode back to CPM, and Brian one of the mechanics, volunteered to stay and replace the correct pads I just brought back. Even though the shop was closing at 1pm for the Labor Day holiday Brian stayed and replaced my brake pads. Now that is GREAT customer service. CPM has made a new customer for bike repairs. There isn't a dealer on Long Island that I know of that would have stayed open to take care of a customer. Will be going back to CPM for any work in the future, and highly recomend them to anyone who is fed up with dealer service depts. Thanks CPM----Jerry LI, NY
