I took my Yorkie in for grooming a couple of weeks ago and I was very disappointed when I got him back. He did not look like a Yorkie at all. When I dropped him off the women went through how I wanted him cut from what was on the computer. I also said I wanted the tuft of hair left on the end of his tail. I do not know if the person who was doing the grooming did not know how to read or what. When I picked him up 4 hours later I thought they were giving me the wrong dog. His body and legs looked nice because we like the hair short for the summer but it did not stop there his tail was shaved his face and neck were shaved. he did not have his beard left or the longer hair on top of his head and around the eyes. I went ahead and paid for the grooming because I was so upset I would not have been able to talk to anyone very well. I have never seen a Yorkie shaved completely. The groomer did leave some hair on his ears. Not a very happy customer.
