Perhaps the worst experience involving a pet store. Went to get the cat vaccinated and had to stand in line over an hour. HAnded out numbers when I arrived but they never used them. Woudn't allow separation of dogs and cats. My cat was frightened by a pitbull so when I finally got to the table the cat was spooked. Supposedly there was a vet on site but she handled the cat poorly and it was never vaccinated. 2 hours wasted. they called back to say I'd left the collar and leash but when I wnt to pick them up the staff was clueless. Get your cat vaccinated by a professional. Never again!!
