Located in Coral Springs, Fla., James S. Hunt Elementary School is a coeducational institution that has an enrollment of over 900 students in kindergarten through five. The school teaches a variety of courses, such as English, math, reading, basic skills, physical education and social studies. It maintains various clubs that include art, chorus, cybertech, drama, Spanish and Earth Rangers. The school also organizes several camps, including math, writing and reading. It offers a variety of extracurricular events and programs, such as WOWL Morning Broadcasters, safety patrol, gang resistance and drug education, and peer helpers and mediators. James S. Hunt Elementary School has been operational for more than five years and is operated by Broward County Public Schools.
