I just found my new auto repair shop. Great service, great deals and highly recommend!

Unprofessional service refusal. GM is a rude, loud bully. Refused to balance my wheels unless I bought new tires. Kept insisting my tires were too old (tires have wear bars, if the suface of the tire is above the bars as in my case by a good amount, tires are ok, is not rocket science), blabbed about how I will hydroplane if I kept them, complained about other customers complaining about the services they received. Made me make appointment then denied to service my car unless I did what he wanted me to. Had to drive unsafe car for another day and half but luckily found shop right across the street who did balance my wheels, resolved the issue and confirmed my tires are good. Had I given in to this ass I'll be $600+ in the hole. BBW
