Coral Springs Charter School, founded in 1999, has guidance, athletics and health departments. The school offers classes in English, reading, business, science, social studies, math, art, language arts and foreign language to students in grades 6 through 12. Its guidance counselors provide assistance with academic, career, personal and social development of students. Coral Springs Charter School offers academic programs in accounting, economics, journalism, performing arts, psychology, and technology and business education. Located in Coral Springs, Fla., the school provides membership for anime, art, chess, dance, drama and key clubs. Its interscholastic sports activities include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross county, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball, golf, and track and field.
