It's strange how when we bother to research some place that we might spend some money on, such as paying more than nine bucks on a car wash from the local filling station, that we get angry because we didn't pay attention to the signs that tell you exactly what you get for what price. Instead we blame the business owner and then cop an attitude which makes it hard for the service person to do their job. Heah! Everybody out there! Maybe it's time to stop blaming like Adam did to God about Eve. What do you think? Aren't we adults and can take responsibility for our actions and reactions from other people because we get angry for choosing the wrong things?

I was very disappointed. They did a very sloppy job vacuuming, leaves and pellets still on carpet, barely sprayed the tires, didn't vacuume the back end at all. Then said i needed to ask to have that done. I asked for them to do the 'works' - I thought I was getting the DELUXE. More concerning is that my account was charged one fee, and then another fee was also taken from savings. Not very good business.
