I have been in and out of Robinson Interiors for the past year and a half with a perception that this was a business that had a staff of very knowledgeable and experienced personnel in place. For about the last 8 to 10 months or so, Robinson replaced a very experienced and savy Quality Manager with a young man that has almost no Quality experience at all. This manager will try to assist you on paperwork, drawings, and even try to explain how the work flows at Robinson. When this manager is quized about aspects of work, the usual answer is, I' m not sure, I'll get some one that can help you with your questions. This young man has no perception of what it takes to be an Inspector, let alone be a Quality Manager. Very, very poor choice as a Quality Manager. With the senior management, production managers and leads, along with floor personnel, which are generally very good, I would suggest to anyone that is considering bringing their product to Robinson to be manufactured, take it somewhere else until they remove this manager from their roster, he has and will continue to make an excessive amount of errors in your certifications and work packages.
