This has been the worst cab company ever. There is a male dispatcher who is very rude and speaks to people any way he sees fit. At least once a week I am late to work because I miss the train due to this company. I am always told I have to call 30 mins in advance and I am never given an idea if the cab has been sent.Often times I wait and call back two or three times to be told the cab will be there in 3 mins which is never true. One time this male dispatcher told me he forgot about me after I had been waiting for 20 mins for a cab. This is a poorly run establishment and doesn't deserve to have loyal customers. I wish suffolk county had a taxi and limousine commission because I feel this company gets away with murder.
