I found them at the home show, great installation at first, then some of the plants died the owner said he will replace them and also he started doing a job for my neighbor and needed some pavers, we had extra pavers and gave them to him in exchange of some plants which never arrived, we called and called and still haven't heard back

I didn't purchase a maintenance package, but am very happy with the new landscaping job. They came in at a very reasonable price, came in on time, did a great job, cleaned up. So far, I'm very happy with the work performed.

Very similar experience. Found them at the home show and the initial job was outstanding. Quarterly maintenance, however, was 30-60 days late for over a year despite repeated calls/emails/texts from me. NO communication from them. In the interim, plants died, grew out too much and had to be severely pruned and/or had to be replaced. Seriously, 3-4 calls a WEEK from me w/ maybe a call back after 2-3 weeks and then still not showing up. Great install, TERRIBLE follow-through.

We purchased a package at the home show. After working with them to create the look we wanted, the installation was completed over the course of a day. They did a nice job and the installers worked very hard. The only challenge we had here was decissions, like color of the mulch were decided for us, without imput. 2 months later, we found that bugs and disease was over taking one of the trees. They came out, looked at it and provided a spray to fix the problem. Understand that we had a 6 month warrenty on the plantings. Right afterwards, we saw this spreading to other plants. When we called to ask how they could fix this, the guy started yelling and berating my wife... No solutions just yelling at her until he hung up. When I called back to speak with him, I asked about solutions.. i.e. mantainance, etc... We agreed that that solution would work. When I commented that I felt this was a better way to handle a customer concern rather then yelling at my wife, he said that every year he works with a couple of nuts, and we were one of them and he didn't want to do business with us and then hung up on me too. So we called Four Seasons of Florida.. Ricky is out there right now taking care of our landscaping. With a total of $8,000 invested in our front yard, we just didn't want to take a chance on loosing that investment into a beautiful front yard.Can you imagine having a contractor yell at your spouse, and somehow think that that was ok??
